Alaya Yoga Spa offers private services (ayurvedic assessment, yoga therapy and massage therapy) to people suffering from terminal or chronic illnesses every Tuesday and Thursday. Participants have shown improvement in coping with trauma, sleep, pain, and family dynamics. Appointment requests can be submitted online at www.alayayogaspa.com/spa.
Volunteer in Healthcare - Receive Alaya Account Credits

Alaya Yoga Spa will credit any client for use on any of Alaya's services (excludes retail). We credit $10 for every 1 hour of volunteer work in an organization or activity related to healthcare. This can also be reading a book to a cancer patient, serving lunch in a homeless shelter or teaching a disabled child to read. Links with suggested agencies are on the Alaya web site. Volunteer Hours should be submitted to info@alayayogaspa.com. Honor system applies; only the karma you create will check on you! Don’t even tempt it!

Come show support for the courage of those now in the battle, and celebrate the legacies of those who have lost it, but who’ve stared this killer down with grace and dignity. Help raise awareness and promote research to cure this disease that takes too much from so many. Please.
